I suppose people with other fetishes such as feet, or something would potentially be more of a "case by case" basis or something. I had a friend who actually dated a girl due to her having pretty feet (apparently she wore sandals their first date).


I think there is a lot of behavioral-stimulus learned responses that cause fetishes.

Yeah. Outside of mystical experiences (which take a lot of work to produce reliably) orgasm is probably the single strongest per-second reward stimulus we're naturally equipped with.
