I just wanted to share the following quote from the rules for theists posting on https://atheistforums.org/thread-3559.html
"Here are a few things that atheists are not.."
"Someone who lacks beliefs, ideas and philosophies."
So much for the "we have no burden of proof argument". |

This is the most typical kind of atheist. An agnostic atheist will admit that there is no way to prove or disprove the existence of a god but chooses not to believe. This is largely but not exclusively due to the lack of evidence.
your quote suggests someone who is a nihilist not an atheist. all atheism lacks in terms of belief is the belief in god, not of everything. |
